During this time it’s important to keep active, stay positive, and look after your well-being.

Whilst it’s important to keep up to date with the news, it’s also important to switch off and take time for yourself. This can be as simple as listening to music whilst enjoying a cup of tea, watching a feel-good comedy, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

We’re all in this together. They hope you will also find them enjoyable and help you to stay positive.
